Hello all, hope you are having a beautiful day :)
I have a sexual issue that has been bugging me since I first went through puberty (although it was tiny compared to everything else going on at that time), which has become more of an issue now I am in my first sexual relationship (It quite upsets my partner and is obviously very frustrating for me).

Basically whenever I have sex (or masturbate) I feel the physiological responses to stimulation up to and including an "orgasm" but no pleasure from it. Some googling told me this was a problem mostly found in males, but that did occur in females, called ejaculatory anhedonia. I am FtM so wouldn't ejaculate anyway, which makes the whole thing a bit harder to explain and dysphoria has stopped me from going to my dr before now. In addition to this I am under 18 and still living with my parents which adds another layer of difficulty.

Apparently it can have psychological or physiological causes. I don't actually have that much lower dysphoria and it has been with me ever since I first started exploring my sexuality. I am wondering if anyone else here is trans and has experience with this problem. Or just knowledge in general because the internet seems to be short on answers for this.
