You now have the option to chose to add your Skype account as an icon on your profile and posts. These icons and the accounts they represent are publicly accessible to both individuals and to search engines; and so I strongly recommend that if you are attempting to protect your privacy that you do not do so, or that you establish a totally separate accounts and identities for use on transgender sites.
