my mom never calls me he in public and i pass like 100% of the time.

it wouldn't bother me so much a few months ago but she's had quite  abit of time to at least try to adjust and she's not against my being trans or anything she's just ignorant.

if anything people give her wierd looks for calling me she since i don't look like a she XD

Yeah it had happened.

I made a pact with myself last time that if it ever happened again I would say "sorry, grandma has Alzheimer's" LOL. It hasn't happened since then so I have never had to pull it. Honestly it was just me feeling like a spiteful ass more than anything.
