Breast softness after stopping HRT?

Please don't ask why. It's a long story and I'm not looking to explain myself to seek the approval of strangers. I just want to talk about my experiences and see if anyone else has had a similar one.

I'm a 28 year old male. I've been on female HRT for about 4-5 years. Before HRT I was already very feminine and had some breast development. I actually believe I might be XXy as I have almost all of the symptoms of Klinefelter's Syndrome except for being tall, but I cannot afford the test right now. I had a small amount of breast development before starting HRT, and they have since grown to apparently a 42B, according to this online calculator.

So anyway, for reasons which are my own, I've been weening off the HRT for about a week or two. I'm currently down to taking them once every 3-4 days, with the ultimate goal of stopping completely, and I've noticed one change. My breasts feel way softer. While on HRT, they always had these hard knots inside them, but now they just feel like... water balloons I guess. They look nicer too, a little. Has anyone else who has been on and off HRT experienced this?

Yea, same happens to me but it's temporary. Perhaps increased water retention from the drop in estrogen?
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

It goes away? What do you mean? They will go back to feeling like hard knots? I don't want that, I like how soft they feel.

Mine haven't had the "knots" (I assume you mean buds) since they've gotten bigger than tanner 3 last year. I think this is a ymmv deal. Right now they are big and soft.

I meant to say that when breasts are in the "shrinkage" phase, happened a few times due to various factors, the hard knots disappear and make way for softer, bouncier breasts for a few days. That was my experience, at least.
