Hey man. All I can say is that I hear ya. I also hate my hips and backside. Always have. I remember as a kid, when I suddenly started developing without realizing it, I glanced down at my legs one day and was like 'wtf just happened? Why are my upper legs so fat?!' I kept looking at them, thinking I had turned really fat. Thank you, female puberty.
Like you, I'm trying to lose weight as well just to lose that girly fat. And also like you, it's a slow process. But slow wins the race is what they say, so keep it up. Eventually, they will slim down. In the meantime, know that you are not alone in this.
