Help with Callen-Lorde

Hello, so I was looking for LGBT places for teenager and such and came up with this place called Callen-Lorde, and I was wondering if anyone here knew how it worked, and their experience with it, for HRT and stuff D:

I'm just getting the process to go in the month of September. Due to the popularity, there will be a 3-5 month gap until you actually start.
You'd be in the HOTT program since you're under 24 (from what I've inferred from you post.) They're REALLY  friendly.  So be excited for that.

It's a combination, because it's a small facility and they're serving THOUSANDS, if not hundreds or thousands.
They try to accommodate to any conflicts.
Hopefully it'll be worth the wait. I go in a month. :I

Sometimes you can get in quicker if you call and ask when are walk in hours to talk to someone about HRT. Just show up and wait. Once you get into the program, it goes very fast. When I started last fall, there was a 2 month waiting period. I'll be there on Tuesday morning for my 2nd injection lesson.

You have to be a but reasonable with time constraints. It's not a very long time compared to going the standard therapist letter route and getting a transfriendly endocrinologist to get bloodwork done. They have a ton of patients and I only started the journey for appointments at the end of June, had bloodwork done a week and a half ago and I'm now slotted for a doctor's physical and prescription for HRT sometime in October.

You need to be 21 and younger to be in the HOTT program, it just lasts until you go past 24. I turned 22 last month and told me that I couldn't be in it and have to go through adult care, which is essentially a faster route because I don't have to take counseling and its just informed consent.

I go to the Mazzoni Center, which is essentially the same thing but in Philadelphia, the city of sisterly hate, but although there is a wait period of three months too, since I was elf-medicating for seven months they took me right away within a week, because of the danger of self-medicating. I am not advocating it at all and wish I just waited. I'm an idiot though. However if you tell them it is urgent, I'm sure that will cut down the wait time. Either way, I'd call them tomorrow.
