I've been considering switching to injections lately too. I like the patches, but the results I've been getting with them just aren't very good. I haven't 100% decided if I'm going to do injections or try pills sublingually first, but I'm actually starting to lean toward injections, despite my chronic fear of needles. I mean, it's only once a week, how bad could it be? Either way I don't think I'm going to switch until after my orchiectomy. But before I decide, I have a few questions. First, how bad is the actual injection process? I watched a video on YouTube of someone doing an injection, and the needle looked very big.

But it also seemed like you might be able to do it without looking once you have a feel for where you need to do the injection, which I think would help me a lot to get through the process. They also said it didn't hurt that much, which I sincerely hope is true... Second, how much of a roller-coaster effect do you notice with your levels over the course of the time between injections? Do you notice that you have difficulty with low energy or mood swings the closer you get to injection time, or do you feel okay for the entire time? Third and most importantly, how safe is the process of injecting yourself? Is it something that's fairly difficult to mess up if you use the correct technique, or is it something where one false move and you'll be making a trip to the hospital?
