for general info i checked when some one start hormones
they have to make regular check ups every 3 months
i hear they go from blood test
in blood test which levels are checked
when blood test is done these levels are checked and which level is checked in hormones

ALT (alanine aminotransferase): 8 to 37 IU/L
AST (aspartate aminotransferase): 10 to 34 IU/L
BUN (blood urea nitrogen): 7 to 20 mg/dL
