I should be starting T very soon so this type of thing has been on my mind :)

What changes did you guys notice first? I know everyone is different but just to satisfy curiosity, about when did you notice?

The first changes didn't come for me until about month 3 - small black hairs on my top lip, voice changes (slight) and mental improvement.  I should also say that pretty much right away after starting T I started to get hot flushes, but they soon went away.

The first month my appetite increased, so did my hornyness level and growth downstairs. I was able to grow a Stache before T but the T made it more noticeable. Acne popped up within the first month, and my voice got a bit deeper. Also gained muscle.

2 months on T- voice deepened more and I have black hairs forming under my chin so I have this what I call light mini beard thing lol but it's not that noticeable unless I point it out and have people feel it. Growth continues downstairs. More acne. My periods I believed either stopped or starting to stop (but I always skipped before T, so this could just be me)

That's all I noticed so far within the first two months.

My throat felt a bit sore pretty much right away, but my voice didn't change for about three/four months.
My sleep got more restful pretty quickly. I'm not sure when it started exactly, but my confidence increased especially when my dose was increased.

Definitely appetite, hungry all the time. Sometimes I had a big breakfast at 7 am, but felt starving during my 9-10 am class.

My physical changes have been gradual (no waking up with a sudden obvious voice drop here) but started unexpectedly quickly. I was bracing for months of no hint of anything, but in the first couple of weeks things started, and it was the works. Everything. The cumulative voice changes didn't amount to much until about two months in. Over three months in now, I look and sound substantially different. It's jarring to watch the first voice sample video I took.

On that note, if you can, take videos. They don't have to be posted anywhere, and it can be as simple as stating the date and how many shots you've done. It's unpleasant watching older videos but useful to gauge actual changes rather than guessing/relying on memory.

The first thing I noticed was that I felt generally more wide-awake and alert, and could get by on less sleep. Within the first month, my skin started getting oily. About two months in, my partner commented that my face was starting to look more masculine, but I don't know how much of that was T and how much was weight loss. Around three months, I had some mild acne, but since then I've been diligent about washing my face, changing pillowcases, and such, and it hasn't been a problem. I also started noticing that I had a lot more stamina.

Noticeable physical changes started happening for me between four and five months in: I have hair coming in on my chin, arms, and legs now, and I'm suddenly much stronger -- I lift weights pretty regularly, and all of a sudden I started gaining strength really fast. (Love it!) And in the past month or so my voice has finally started to drop, and that sex drive thing has kicked in... yikes.  ;D

So it's all happening a bit more slowly than I'd like, but it is happening. Maybe it's slow because I'm older? It's not the T levels, which have been running pretty high since the get-go.

Acne. Which is weird, because I didn't have much acne in my "first puberty".

devention

Libido. Definitely libido. Then acne.
The more I know, the more I know I don't know.

Thanks for all the replies guys!

I hope I don't get acne, I had none at my first puberty so I have no idea what to do about acne :P

honestly, just wash your face/change your pillow cases, etc. it really helps. i didn't have acne and now i only have bits here and there. i wash my face but i also use those acne pad things too which seems to help. if it got bad, doctors usually prescribe something for it. my doctor did to take the more "prevent it before it comes bad" approach.

Yeah. I've got mine back under control. I use one of those face scrubby pads and oil free face wash, then this gel my endo prescribed me. Keeps my face pretty clear.
The more I know, the more I know I don't know.

Sore throat and a hard on were the first thing I noticed. The first really apparent change was my eyebrows filling up more and covering more area towards my ears.
