Came out to my boss....

....and it went amazingly! I was scared and petrified to do it, but he was very accepting. We spent half an hour discussing it, and he gave me ideas on how to make my exploration of my gender identity in the workplace as smooth as possible, and to avoid disruptions. He also assured me I was safe at the workplace, and that it was absolutely illegal in my state to be discriminated against because of it. He encouraged me to inform him if someone does discriminate against me in my workplace, and he will address it. He said his door is always open to talk more as I go along in this process. :)

This is one major relief for me, and I feel I can really begin to gradually transition myself, without fear of leading a continual double life at home and at work. :)
