What more can I do?

So, for clarity's sake, I'm not full-time. I dress femininely as much as possible, but work prevents me from doing so all the time (mostly just for practicality's sake--I can't work with makeup). As far as identification, I identify as androgynous, but my aesthetic is to look as female/feminine as possible without having the appearance of breasts. That may change in time, because I'm not yet sure if I want to choose to ultimately transition.

In any case, this is my problem. I feel as if I've done everything in my power that I can to pass, and I still fail. Body wise, this doesn't bother me, but my face does.

I am skilled with makeup, wear wigs (since I mistakenly cut my hair) and dress well, I think, but is there anything else I can do to improve my appearance short of hormones or FFS. Eventually I will have FFS, but for now I'm limited in money (FFS will cost me 18 k, from what I've been quoted).

Here are my photos:

Sorry for the sideways photographs. I can't for the life pf me get them to upload properly.

PjGrey, you're gorgeous! Beautiful! I don't think you need to do a thing differently with hair or make-up. You totally pass in those pictures, so if you're not passing in person, all I can think is body language, mannerisms, or voice?

I presume you mean you're having trouble passing when you can't wear makeup or the wig? I can't imagine how you don't pass, at least from those photos, but it might be that without makeup it's a different story. Do you have a very deep voice?

Is there a specific kind of situation that you find yourself having the most trouble? You are beautiful!

I only ask about specific situations because maybe you are drawing more attention to yourself with the makeup. A softer more natural look for during the day might help you out. Sometimes when people wear a lot of makeup during the day it can give the impression that they are hiding something.

Try this google image search for some examples of what I mean.

For going out at night you probably have zero issues as is, yes?

I'd recommend thinning your eyebrows a bit-they don't make you look male, but they do draw attention to more masculine parts of the face-the picture in which you pass flawlessly is the fourth one, where your brows are covered...and I agree with everyone else, reducing the lip makeup a bit would also go a long way.
My gender problem isn't half as bad as society's.  Although mine is still pretty bad.

Just tone down the makeup a little bit for day time and invest in a human hair wig. Other than that you look beautiful.
