Hello,

as i wrote in some other threads i'm on hormones (estrogen) for 18 month now. Frist changes like a softer skin, a little, little breast development came very fast after a few month. Other things like fat distribution, thinner body hair start(!) but now after that 18 month. For some reason it took a lot time more than for other people.

Whats your experience in taking hormones for 3 years, 4 years and longer? I mean do you recognize further, really seeable changes after the first 2 years? Most informations say HRT has an maximum effect in the first two years, but mine startet very, very late in my eyes.

Still seeing significant changes 10 yrs after starting hormones but I also changed my hormones a few months ago and added some more progesterone recently soo....

I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

I think everyone is different. TBH it's hard to say if anything is changing after 16 years on HRT. I'm only on estradiol so that's why I'm looking at changing my regime.
