Some Natural Anti Androgens that have a mild effect
White Peony, Licorice, Spearmint (Personal favorite for teas), Black Cohosh,Chaste Tree,Saw Palmetto,Red Clovers,Alfalfa,Hops

Having tried some of these prior to going on HRT, I can tell you that Chaste Tree tea tastes utterly vile. Black Cohosh comes with a fairly possible liver health warning, I bought it but never tried it. Spearmint tastes pretty good and will help lower testosterone levels if you are a post menopausal woman. Saw Palmetto, makes a nice tea with a weird sweet flavour but is apparently more effective, if at all, as a direct application. Tried Red Clover - again, another weird tea. In total I was taking four different teas at one point with no noticeable benefit - I was sweating and peeing a lot though!

Yeah obviously these are not as effective as the pharmaceuticals but the most important thing is what NOT to eat that would make hrt less effective.
