Okay, so I got on T on April 17th. Like the day after that, I got my period and that period went on for what seemed like forever (it was a couple of weeks, IIRC) and then it stopped. Haven't had a period or any cramping since. However, just in the last week or so, I've been having cramping again. There's no blood at all, just cramping. The cramping isn't as bad as how it was before I started T - it's duller - but it's still there and it's uncomfortable.

I don't get it. Any advice or any other guys with this experience? Is my damn reproductive system trying to fight back or something?  ???

This is actually pretty common.  I have it often - no blood, just cramping.  Not entirely sure what causes it.  But it's nothing to worry about generally - if you're concerned, speak to your doctor.

I believe the cramping comes from testosterone increasing muscle development. After all, those parts are just big muscle clumps.

Happens to me occasionally, though the cramping is seems worse than it used to be. It could because it's been so long since its happened and I don't rightly remember what it felt like.

Yeah it sucks. I'll be living life, just being a guy and stuff, and then my body will randomly be like, "Hey Jace! Here's a friendly reminder that even though you're super masculine and manly, you're still different from cis guys cos you have ovaries! Tehe!"

All around no bueno situation. Luckily it doesn't happen too often.

The more I know, the more I know I don't know.

Thanks for sharing, guys. Since it seems to be somewhat common, I won't worry about it even though it sucks. Can't wait until I can get those parts removed.
