So, people in my immediate work group have known about me for a while but two weeks ago I came out officially in my organization. So, I told everyone that on August 2nd I would be completely full-time at work. (I already am everywhere else). I was around the week I came out and had a lot of positive experiences and then went on vacation. Came back today to this awesome banner posted at my desk...

How cool is that?  ;D

So happy to hear that. I hope my coming out at work (if I don't decide to just leave all together) goes this well. I'm glad you're being welcomed.

:) It's just been so great. There really is hope. People are really trying hard to get the pronouns correct and my name and are just being so supportive. They've shared a couple articles they found lately about trans* people. Way cool
