I copied and pasted this from the transgendered talk forum, I guess it fits more in this particular one.
I'm really worried about having weird looking boobs. I've been thinking of that a lot lately. I'm pretty sure that I won't develop fully from just HRT and am content with the fact that I'll likely need breast augmentation. I'd like to be a solid C cup or maybe even a D. So I guess my main question is, are surgeons able to shape your breasts if they end up looking sort of strange? Like, are they able to give them a more natural shape or sort of make them go more inward if they grow too widely apart?
I don't have a terribly wide chest, 38 band size (I'm about 6'0") and I guess it may go down to 36 with HRT, at least I hope. When I put on breast forms it instantly makes me look like a tall fitness model... if you can get past my hands and veins. They really look good on me. I place the about where I feel they might be headed, but I'm just worried that the forms will ultimately look better than my natural/augmented chest and that I'll be left disappointed. The forms really do wonders for me. If my actual breasts ended up a similar size and shape, and with real skin covering them, I could see even pulling of bikini tops. I'd probably wait 3-4 1/2 years before having them augmented to give them some time to grow.
Also, how was nipple growth for you? I'm 26 and up until about 19 I had sort of female type nipples. I had a friend tell me that I had girl nipples at a pool party. Another time my doctor asked if I wore a shirt at the beach and he told me the same thing. I was sort of relived when they went away, but now I wish I still had them. I'm hoping I had a predisposition to having larger nipples and they swell back up.
