I know some girls here are stealth. What do you ladies do? Lights off? Makeup on scars? Hair? etc? Just curious...

I was under the impression the SRS end result was usually fairly indistinguishable - at least from an external view point - from the genetic variety...?

Except for the posterior fourchette, which no surgeon does, yeah, they do.. Once the scars have healed.

Nope. I've only had one sex partner and it's my wife, but by now quite a few medical professionals have been down there with no clue, including a gynecologist. I do have hair over my scars, but they're pretty pale and fine now anyway. Gyn. noticed lack of cervix and assumed full hysterectomy, but that was all.

(I actually do have a posterior fourchette; rudimentary perhaps, but there.)

I guess if any dude was going to have that kind of anatomical knowledge he'd either have to be a gyno or a hard core porn connoisseur!

You might have one, but I'd pick it as surgically created..  And there's the real rub.. 99% of people are never going to have a clue - but there are those of us who would spot it.. I blame too much time reading anatomy..

Kelly : Maybe, I guess, but forgive me if I assume a gyn. with decades of experience has *at least* that much knowledge of anatomy. :)  The thing with vulvas is that they're also very variable; someone who's seen enough will know that there's a huge range of the non-surgical variety. Someone who's going by an anatomy textbook alone... may clock a cis woman.

(I assumed the gynecologist knew, until afterwards when I had to call back and let her know and she was shocked. Longer version is she'd had to write a letter to my insurance company justifying my HRT, who demanded a gyn. exam to prove menopause [bureaucracy, right?!] and so I don't believe she would have knowingly lied and jeopardized her practice, either.)

Nice! I've noticed that lots of girls are always looking for a perfect vagina but no vagina looks the same. Most of them aren't pretty at all...everyone vagina looks different so unless the scars are super noticeble or it was a horrible surgeon with bad reputation I'm sure the girls can get away with it. At the very least with hair, makeup and the lights off lol.

Must confess, it was some years ago and I was challenged by some co-workers at the time to pick the vaginas and the neo-vaginas.. So I did some quite specific study.. Never thought it might come in handy now..

I created a post once like this on excuses to escape IF ever clocked. It's difficult and close to impossible to clock the 'unclockable' vaginas of Dr Chettawut, Suporn & Brassard. I'm a Chett girl and I havent been outed a single time down there. My scars are close to invisible fortunately, my weapon is DIM light and pulling the curtains.

Others excuses to escape, you had LABIAPLASTY or abortion. There's a friend who told me there's a type of abortion where it leaves a similar scar and she always mention about cervical cancer as excuse, dunno what's that about and how that excuse works exactly...

Samantha you there?!!!

You make it sound as classy as appreciating fine wines or brandies, or regularly attending the opera.

What scars?? I defy anyone to pick the difference. So far my forays into the medical fraternity have not suggested I have anything other than natural female genitalia. I don't see what the fuss is all about.

Stealth is a perception issue, it's not a medical issue. I am, who I am, who I have always been. Nothing more, nothing less.

"Stealth" just proves, labels are for lolly jars.

With all respect
Catherine
