The provider I'm going to see today uses (per her webpage) bio-identical hormones . Is this a good thing or a bad thing?

Yeah bio identical is the best you can get. Synthetic stuff, which is cheaper ends up causing nasty side effects in a lot of people. I myself went through that with medroxy, the synthetic version of progesterone.

Thank you! I'm going to ask about a regimen of Spiro, micronised Estradriol and micronised progesterone.

Does anyone know anything about the benefits of Leuprolide vs. Spiro?
