[Just Ole Me]

I've been on AAs for over a year and E for 4 months. It was bumpy at first but wife and I are working it out and are now getting along better than ever.

Anyway, my wife came to me last night and said she has figured out how she feels.  I got scared for a second and thought my world was about to cave in. 

She said that she feels like her husband died and she quickly married his sister.  She said she is done mourning her dead husband. She also said she doesn't miss him anymore and she loves his sister more. than she ever loved him!  She makes her happy!   

Needless to say I cried. I'm one lucky sister!

Awwww! My wife used to say something similar - and then joke that the neighbors must think we buried her husband in the backyard. As others have said, yay, and good for being a success story!
