So, in a lovely circumstance by one of my friends, I am going to be getting a binder by them some time next week. However, they asked me something about measurements and I have no idea how to measure myself for the binder. Also, I'm kind of nervous because I've never worn one before and don't know what to expect from wearing one. I know it makes your breasts less obvious, still I don't know what it'll feel like, or what I should for upkeep, if there is such a thing... Gosh, I'm rambling. But, if anyone has anything to help me out or maybe soothe my nerves a little bit, I would be really grateful.

I believe the measurement for a binder is an average measurement of your bust and the bit under? Underworks should have a guide on the site. If you're halfway between 2 sizes go for the larger one.
As far as upkeep goes I'd recommend hand washing in cold water, it keeps the firmness of the binder and it won't shrink.

I'll make sure to do that! I'm honestly just excited that I finally get to wear one for the first time, really.
