Tucson girls? Arizona in general?

Are there many other people here from Arizona, or Tucson to be more specific? I'm trying to reconcile reading Tucson's name on a list of trans friendly cities with my experiences growing up here, along with such charming things like the bathroom bill, and that wee debacle over whether businesses could deny service based on religious beliefs.

I'm basically coming right up on the point where I'm going to start going from skinny gay boy to androgynous tomboy, and honestly, I'm pretty effing terrified. Especially in a city where people have known boy-me for, well, my whole life so far.

So who else calls this barren bat country their home?

Haha, wow, thanks! No, nothing at all whatsoever, and I'm actually crazy self conscious about my forehead because I had it bashed in a few years ago, and they had to do some minor reconstruction. But now I have a scar that tingles when Voldemort is near, so I'm much more useful to the Order of the Phoenix.

And on topic for this thread, I'm actually not in Tucson anymore, I moved to Portland about two months ago.
