Today, my "go to" jeans felt rather tight, not in the waist, but in my thighs.  An early sign that HRT is finally putting fat in the right places?  Or just wishful thinking?

I think it is very possible. My loose girl jeans now fit like they should.  :)

oh most definitely!! For some strange reason my thighs are the only measurement I took...or remember...pre hrt they were 19" now they are nearly 20.5"....definitely something happened!!

Yup!  I've noticed the same thing with my guy jeans.....  Definitely starting to fit weird...  YAY!  :D

I should have measured my thighs before starting HRT.  I've been taking occasional photos, but nothing more scientific than that.  Time to buy a tape measure and start a weekly journal.

Sounds consistent with my experience. Two weeks into taking estradiol and I unfortunately just had to deal with my first experience with thigh chafing since early high school (when I was chunky). It's odd to be relatively lean and muscular and then have THAT happen... I can't see any other cause, so I would imagine thighs are a pretty quickly showing area in some of us.

One of the first male clothing items I had to give up on, were pants. They just didn't fit right anymore.

I've worn guys Levi's for years and they fit well but 10 months of full strength HRT and 6 months of progesterone have reshaped my lower body. Wearing those jeans now feels awkward. Luckily my transition date at work is only a few weeks away and I'll be done with them forever.

No not your imagination. After 18 months on HRT, with 8 months on full transitioning dose, I have quite a nice rounded cheek bottoms and I have added 2.5' to my thighs as I discovered recently when I split three pairs of men trousers two from the waist on the hips to the knee when I bent over (the seams split).

Now my women's jeans at the Hips and bottom are starting to be a snug fit and finally showing off my curves. I just wish I could lose more weight at the waist line. Luckily though my boobs are now  starting to be bigger than my tummy thanks to how pointy my nipples have become (very erect all the time!)

I can vouch for Eva Marie. She looks absolutely great in Womens Shorts.  I had the very good fortune to spend a day with her in Los Angeles  doing a Food parcel drop  to the Homeless and then visiting very sick people in a nursing home . I can tell you that in Shorts she is all female and whilst she is not full time yet at work, she passes extremely well. Go girl!.

I've never measured much but womens jeans & pants have always fit me nicely. Male things just feel all wrong. I've worn womens jeans.....all my life & they always fit better. Since a year of HRT I'm sure I have a nicer shape it seems.
mtF, mid 50's, always a girl since childhood, HRT (Spiro, E & Fin.) since 8-13. Hormone levels are t at 12 & estrogen at 186. Face lift & eye lid surgery in 2014. Abdominoplasty/tummy tuck & some facial surgery May, 2015. Life is good for me. Love long nails & handsome men! Hopeful for my GRS & a nice normal depth vagina maybe by late summer. 5' 8", 180 pounds, 14 dress size, size 9.5 shoes. I'm kind of an elegant woman & like everything pink, nice & neet. Love my nails & classic Revlon Red. Moving back to Florida, so excited but so much work moving
