Okay gentlemen, I have an offer to help me pay off surgery, but they want to know what the total costs will be. My choice is Dr Garramone, but I invite all to post. Full trip was probably 8.5K for Garramone, including a $300 flight.  I stayed at NBR.

Surgery with Garramone is expected to be $6,900 total.  Just add your costs on top and you have your number.

Yeah spent close to that. I stayed a little longer and my flight (amazingly) was about the same.
