Okay gentlemen, I have an offer to help me pay off surgery, but they want to know what the total costs will be. My choice is Dr Garramone, but I invite all to post. Please post the name of your surgeon, associated fees, misc and surprise costs. Mention as many details about your trip as possible. Thanks. :)

An offer to help pay off surgery?  lol  Somehow that made me chuckle a little.

Full trip was probably 8.5K for Garramone, including a $300 flight.  I stayed at NBR.

Surgery with Garramone is expected to be $6,900 total.  Just add your costs on top and you have your number.
Top Surgery: 10/10/13 (Garramone)
Testosterone: 9/9/14
Hysto: 10/1/15
Stage 1 Meta: 3/2/16 (including UL, Vaginectomy, Scrotoplasty), (Crane, CA)
Stage 2 Meta: 11/11/16 Testicular implants, phallus and scrotum repositioning, v-nectomy revision.  Additional: Lipo on sides of chest. (Crane, TX)
Fistula Repair 12/21/17 (UPenn Hospital,unsuccessful)
Fistula Repair 6/7/18 (Nikolavsky, successful)
Revision: 1/11/19 Replacement of eroded testicle,  mons resection, cosmetic work on scrotum (Crane, TX)

Post op compression vest ~$60
Post op pain meds ~$10
2 nights hotel ~$180
In town taxi ~$60
Round trip bus ~$150

Post op appointment with a surgeon in my town, $90.

Yeah spent close to that. I stayed a little longer and my flight (amazingly) was about the same.
