Hey everyone,

I've been on T for nearly a year now and I just noticed that my complexion has gotten noticeably darker, including areas not exposed to sunlight (my grandma noticed too when I mentioned it, so I don't think I'm imagining it). I used to be very pale and now my skin tone is a couple of shades darker than it was, not dramatically, but at least noticeably.

Has anyone else noticed this in themselves? It's not something you often hear about. I have read that men tend to have a darker skin tone than women, but I wasn't sure if T would being that effect since it's never mentioned by other guys who've been on T. It's really just a curiosity for me, and a change I didn't expect.  :)

I'm actually interested in hearing if other people experienced this.

I can still use my skin as a light signal. I'm pretty sure that my bare legs would blind someone it moonlight bounced off them. I look darker on my arms and face,  but it's just that I'm in a constant state of sunburns, no matter how much sunscreen I use.

I'm ruddier than I was--more like my father. I figured it was because of the higher concentration of red blood cells, or something.

Unfortunately, it does mean that my sun damage is more visible than it was. It's about time for me to see a dermatologist again, anyway.

My skin tone didn't get "darker", but my complexion became ruddier.
