It depends what kind of receptacle would be best for you personally. There are many different receptacles out there but among the most common ones are (as mentioned) medicine spoon and nipple style. Once you have a receptacle, then your tubing can be found most especially in hardware stores. I'm not sure what the size/width should be, but it's best not to choose a tube that is *too* thin so it doesn't collapse. But yeah, hardware stores are your go-to for that stuff. I think some sort of non-toxic bond should attach the two parts together so they don't fall apart during usage.
