so i've been on T for 6 months now

and there were plenty of thing that popped up that i didn't mind but wasn't really prepared for either.

for instance a** hair and a ton of acne

but the one im kinda concerned about now is my size?

i grew 2 inches in 6 months and im still growing i think.

but i've put on about 30 lbs. and i do work out, not strictly but lifting weights and running are things i do multiple times a week. so i expected to gain some weight. but not THAT MUCH

and i suppose what i whats suprising me is how much thicker im getting, i want to say im just as flubby as i was when i started but it's like not flub just thicker?

I dunno if im just gettting fat or if it's the T turning me into thick man body or what. share your experiences lets compare notes etc. XD

It's more than likely that you're just putting on muscle. Because guys gain muscle way easier than girls.

yeah thats probably it. and i've heard muscle weighs a lot more than fat.

You can gain a lot of muscle on T, and since muscle is a lot more dense than fat you can gain a lot of weight and still not look like the Hulk :)

Hope it continues to go well for you!

more muscle, possibly also more water. too much water will make soft flab kind of hard or swollen. if something's getting thicker under the flab, it's muscle. less carbs, particularly refined ones in the diet will help getting rid of unnecessary water storage in the body.

But... the best place to conserve water is in your body.
(Couldn't pass up such a golden opportunity for this reference)

Some of my shirts are getting snug in the shoulders. Shoes feel like they shrank, too. I rarely weigh myself, but I pay attention to clothing fit and body fat and don't seem to be packing it on.

I have been gaining ~1 lb/month steadily since I started T over a year ago. I also eat a lot more than before, which explained the weight gain.
My height actually decreased 1 inch lol

You grew 2 inches just 6 months on T? I'm praying for such an increase though I can settle being 5'6".

The human body can only gain so much muscle at any given time. So yes some will be fat but I'm betting a good deal of it is muscle. Personally when I started T I gained about 10lbs within 3 months then lost about 5 of it. Now I'm staying at the same weight for the most part but losing body fat. As for height, I've grown an inch.

ah its all good to hear.

I figure as long as i keep excersizing and lifting then the majority of my weight gain is prolly muscle. I suppose i could cut out more carby foods.
I'm not exactly a health nut but im also not going out to eat everyday either. :/

and yeah i grew 2 inches in 6 months, started at 5'9" which to me then i was like hey, im already tall and fortunate but now im 5'11" and since i haven't really stopped growing, here's hoping for 6' XD
