Breast Augmentation W/ Implants

Hey everyone,

I'm 22, 5'8", 130lbs, very athletic (I'm a Personal Trainer), and am having my breasts done next week, and I'm just wondering is there still a chance that I "Won't" pass after my BA?

I'd like to target this questions to all girls that have had their breasts done, and would like to know how it changed their over all femininity as far as passing goes.

Men like cleavage so should get there eyes there.

Girls not so much. They like to compare or judge.

For me it was more a added confidence in my over all body dynamics.
