FFS costs and considerations

Hello everyone!

I have made an avaliation with Facial Team (here in Brazil) for my FFS and here is what I've got:

- Frontal recountoring with brow bossing reduction : US$ 4,693.17

- Rhinoplasty with correction of septum deviation: US$ 3,232.09

- Adam's apple reduction: US$ 2,346.59

- Hospital costs + materials + cirurgic centre (8 hours)  + 2 nights on a private room: US$ 3,984.77

- Anesthesy: US$ 1,106.88

- Mentoplasty + Jaw : US$ 4,693.17

Total: US$ 20,056.67
-  without Mentoplasty + Jaw: US$ 15,363.50

My opinion and the doctor's too is that the only thing I could skip is the mentoplasty + jaw...the rest is very important...so, as I am not swimming in money like Uncle Scrooge, I'll have to skip it...

I am very tempted to do my FFS with them. Some people I know gave me good feedback...should I go on? Should I skip the mentoplasty and jaw?

Also, I know I'll need a hair transplant, but that's another story...

Even with all this horrible male features I am quite sure I have reached the mail fail phase, because people are gendering me female in public a lot now. =) I am sure the FFS will only improve that.

Sounds like they want more money than they deserve, your chin is fine do not worry about it. If you want surgery perhaps get the nose and brow done and wait to see how it develops. Also keep shopping around as it is vital to get the best you can afford on your budget.

You're very passable. I understand forehead and nose, I'm planning on just getting that done probably with Dr Cardenas.

You look very nice to me. I think the hair issue is a good thing to deal with, but I don't see much masculinity in your face.
