So i asked this question on yahoo answers today , but it was like a desert
this will be my introduction too

Info about me

2.I am an atheist
3.I live in egypt :(
4.I Am smart "not trying to flaunt"
5.I Love rock n roll :D
6.I am a very compassionate person , i can be very lovely , but when provoked i am not very nice .

i hope i stay here for a long time , i would love be on the sites chat all day long :D

here comes the depressing part .

My dream is to be able to look in the mirror and see myself ,
to be able to wear a dress and a skirt , to be free spirited , to be happy , to be free ,
to find something good in everything i see ,
to have a life , friends who i can hug when i am happy and cry on their shoulders when i am sad
my dream is to be a girl on day ,
i am hiding , i can't tell my parents about this , or they will disown me , especially my dad ,
he's not a nice person, and also i don't live in a very nice place , a country where no one respect personal freedom,
i just want to know why this is happening to me ,
i am very insecure and i have bipolar disorder and i am on lithium , the only thing keeping me alive is music
and lately i haven't been giving a **** about anything or about anyone .
i told my therapist about how i feel , but i asked him to not tell my parents . i think he was overwhelmed by what he had heard .
i don't want to talk with about this anymore , cause it's making me sad , i came here for advice .... so yeah .
also i am an atheist in a country with high muslim population , which means i am ****** , seriously :(

Edited.

*gives you a warm, gentle hug*

Welcome to the forum, sweetie. There's so much I can relate to in your post, from wanting to see the real you when you look in the mirror and wear dresses to being an atheist in a religious area. I'm not sure what advice I could offer... I don't know if puberty blockers are available in your area (or if it's too late to start them), and I think you'd need your parents' consent to take them, too... Are there any therapists specializing in gender where you are?

I hope it at least helps to know you aren't alone. We're all here for you.

And about the puberty blockers , i think it might be late for that :(
I don't really know if there are , but i can try to ask my current therapist  , *gives long warm hug back
