I showed them off at first... got tired of dealing with men, to be honest! But then, I'm mostly into women anyway. Now I only wear low-cut dresses for parties now and then. (Although, to be fair, now that they're not sticking straight out it's a lot easier to be discreet anyway. I can wear a slightly low-cut blouse and still look decent if I skip the push-up bra. Which is pretty much what this thread about!)

I can relate! Spent the day out at various guy/gal hangouts in jeans, women's T-shirt and soft bra and fit in fine with no noticeable undue attention, that wouldn't be the case if I had worn one of my underwires. Fitting in and feeling comfortable while doing it is the name of the game.

I just use silicone pads in my bra on top of what heredity and hormone pills gave me naturally.  I get read consistently female, and the best part is I get to keep all that lovely sensation in my nipples that I'd lose if I got implants!

Seriously, why would anyone want to lose that?  I never had that before HRT and it's one sure way I know I'm becoming the woman I want to be.
