I'm supposed to do my shot tomorrow but I have to be at work at 7am. So I have to leave on my bike by 615 at the latest if I'm gonna have time to grab breakfast on my way. I don't want to wait until after work. Would it be alright to do my shot and then immediately jump on my bike and ride 5 miles to work?

Yup, being active after is actually good. Just don't ride real hard, take a bit longer and ride smooth and easy for the first 15 minutes or so.

Yeah that is definitely better to be active after a shot than to take it and not use the muscles in question.

I agree. Give yourself an extra 15 mins or so, so you can take it easy.

After everything with my T shot last week, I just couldn't get it done quickly before I left. Plus there's no way I could have taken that ride easily. I'm just starting to get into riding to work every day so I can get in shape. I was drenched in sweat when I got home. Then I waited for my roommate to get home and asked him to do my shot for me haha. It went awesome, he's got plenty of experience, and I'm really happy about it. I really need to learn to take care of myself with that but ya know, it'll take time. But thank you everyone for getting back to me anyways! I really appreciate it!
