I agree with Anja about the laugh, mine is also quite light and naturally female sounding. I had occasion to let out a scream recently and it sounded totally girly, not usual for me. Yelling still comes down to conscious pitch choice - when I find myself trying to get the dog's attention, I'll lower my pitch, but calling out around the house I choose a more neutral pitch and it comes out sounding fine. I guess everyone's different, but for me I'm not worried about those two parts of my results. Still wanting to lose the hoarseness but that was expected to be a longer recovery so I'm not surprised by it. Vocal exercises really help strengthen the voice, so talking sounds much better for longer the more time I spend in therapy and doing the drills.
