Hello ;))

I might be in the process of starting HRT.

Will this benefit me because I started it early? I mean what extra changes will I go through that would not be possible if I was like 30.
Will I have a feminine face and not need any surgery?(I don't think I would anyway)
Will I need VFS? My voice at the moment is not too deep.

If you are so young then bone Formation and muscle definition will be positively benefited by HRT. The human body keeps developing until late teens / early 20's so I would not worry about FFS / voice treatment until long after then. Look after your mental health / transition and studies. And make sure a qualified gender therapist and your family are with you.

I was recently in Bangkok where there are many beautiful mtf who started early. Really stunning so don't be afraid.

I started blockers in my mid teens and HRT on my 18th b'day.

I have never tried to change my voice, it never broke and was never deep, never had an issue with it.

Facial hair, I had a light to dark fuzz at the very most, it was waxed pretty much day 1 on blockers, it was lighter by the time I started HRT and within 6 months of HRT it had all but gone.
I did 2 laser treatments between day 1 and when it was gone.

Starting early is the best way to go.
Yes! I'm single

You're blessed to be able to deal with this young.
Given your age, you've got a good chance of having something close to a natal female puberty, but don't feel disappointed if you don't.

You're still going have a better outcome than what many of us older folk end up with and minus the trauma of T induced changes, and life's accumulated baggage.

Good luck with it all!
