Bigger Boobs, between B and C ( 34 A atm) Been on HRT around 8 months

I'm relatively happy with my build and overall shape but would like another 10 pounds or so. (116 pounds atm)

My Body shape before HRT was 31 - 27- 34 and now eight months later I'm almost 34ish A size, 25.5 waist and almost 36 in the hip area.

My ideal shape would be a 34B -24 - 36, Can get implants for the boobs or wait longer on HRT, got the Hips and I'm far too lazy to work on the waist! Unless Nero waves his magic wand and gives all! 

I feel quite body dysphonic at times and my height bothers me from time to time.

I would really love to have thinner shoulders, and a smaller chest. (Not breasts; chest.) I'm not that tall; 1.75m-ish, and I'm not pudgy, or anything, but I weigh over 90 kilos, which is officially borderline obese. My fat-ratio is normal, though, so it goes without saying: I'm massive. Not tall, for a Dutch person. Not fat. Still overweight. And I can't train it off; it'll only make me gain weight, and bulging muscles.
I'd still ideally be a bit shorter, and have a lithe, but not thin, frame. Medium B to small C breasts max, and slightly smaller feet. (I'm exactly at the end of female shoe sizes; just a bit over, so finding shoes is hard.)
To be honest: I'd like to have an average female body.

Just like I currently do, except with a flat chest and something between my legs. And maybe a little taller. I'm fine with being narrow-shouldered, though; I'm the spitting image of my dad who's ironically more effeminate in build than my mother. He's very slim with narrow shoulders and absolutely hairless save for a full mustache and sparse hair on his legs (and the baby-fine hair on his head that's only beginning to thin on top, I suspect from him wearing caps every day...). He can seriously go months without shaving and get no sideburns and only a few scraggly whiskers on his chin. Then there's the round face and the button nose...
Whereas my mom has a bit of a manly face and a Polish shnoz. She's also got a rectangular structure with broad shoulders and narrower hips. My brother's a pretty good-looking fellow from taking after her, actually.

Point in case I'd be cool with being a skinny narrow-shouldered kinda girly dude, as long as I were a dude. I'm okay with how I look, just not with the sex I've been given.

My heights fine, I'm 5'4'' but I wish my shoulders were more narrow and wish I can fill out an A cup. Is that so much to ask? I wish my thighs wouldn't bulge out and instead I wish the fat would settle in my butt. I want my feet to be smaller and my toes not to look like long fingers. I wear socks and shoes all summer long cause they are so ugly. I wish I looked feminine like I should.

They absolutely do, and some of my favorite real-life boys are very beautiful. It may indeed be "generational," as you put it, but I'd ask that you be sensitive about it. Really beautiful guys tend to take a lot of flack all their lives for being so pretty. I don't see any need for us in the queer & trans communities, the supposedly enlightened ones on these issues, to make things worse.

I'm going to put this in the perspective of character design, because... I design characters and that helps me keep me from taking my own current body into account too much. 8D;

SO, if I were to design myself...

I would be a short-to-medium height guy with a stocky/squishy build (not muscular or overweight, more just... naturally in posession of some good, healthy insulation). I would have a male body, but fairly soft, rounded, feminine features. And hmm, while we're at it... I think I would have milky-coffee colored skin with dark brown/almost black (but with enough brown to reflect in the light), curly hair. Just about this lovely color and texture:


...and I would totally still wear glasses, even though my ideal body would definitely not have terrible eyesight like I do in this body. x3


However, that's just me having fun with how I would design myself if I got to choose from scratch. I'm really fine and dandy (for the most part, certain gender-related aspects aside) with the body I got.

Whatever I felt like at the moment. I'd be a shapeshifter. Or maybe I'd be an intelligent starship. Or an intelligent starship that could shapeshift into new and interesting forms .

If I had to restrict myself to only one shape, I'd have a hard time choosing. I find it easier to know what bodies I'd not be satisfied with.
