My poor GP has sent the psychoanalyst's referral twice now, and upon phoning him up, I was supposed to have received a letter or something from the NHS. I told him I haven't, and we had to get the documents sent again. This was sent back in April, and he's surprised the NHS hasn't contacted me again since.

This is driving me mad, and I don't know what to do. My GP is a very friendly and young doctor, so it's far from his fault - even when I try to call CXH, I get no response. He's tried phoning them up before, but to no avail. I'm supposed to be handled by the NHS at this point, but it seems progress is stagnated at this moment. I don't think I can afford to opt for private healthcare or anything - me and my GP have been dealing with this for a very long time now, over a year and a half.

Does anyone know what else I can do?
