What happened was I was just sitting, listening to music. Then my "male reproductive organ" which I'm going to say instead of penis, squirted out a weird little liquid I've never seen before. I think I have an idea what it is, but I'm not sure if I should be worried or not?

Was the liquid thick and sticky? If so, it could be related to your reproductive system becoming active. Otherwise it's probably just some pee that came out at a weird time, or something like that...

It wasn't pee, I'm very sure of that.

I'm not exactly sure if it was "thick and sticky", as I did not touch it.

Does it have anything to do with the fact that I was messing around with my penis? It just really tickled and felt so good, so I kept doing it... I dunno if that's how it led to it, but it happened while I was doing that.

Umm... yea, then that would probably be the reproductive system. You start to become more sensitive to that kind of stimulation as you start puberty. And if you stimulate things enough, you will get some thick sticky liquid coming out.
