What changes occurred to you and when did they occur? When did you stop noticing?

I am mostly interested in fat distribution and voice but if you got other things you've noted and wanted to share that's welcome too.

My voice changed overnight at the 3 month point.
Over a year on T now, did not notice much on fat distribution, but steadily gaining about 1 lb/month, half fat, half muscle I guess.
The new fat is predominantly on my gut, but the muscles are pretty even, My arms and legs are getting bigger, abs are harder and my chest and back muscles are thicker and wider.

It seemed everything started at once and has progressed gradually and consistently. Took about 2-3 months for cumulative changes to amount to much, but the voice changes were observable with the use of weekly recordings. Lost subcutaneous fat (veins became noticeably more visible) and enough fat from butt for it to be a different shape. Coming up on 5 months now and I'm not entirely sure where new fat is going. It has to be going somewhere, my diet isn't strictly controlled enough for me to not be putting any on, but I can't find it.

I've been on 7 months very soon and this is my situation as well. I still have fat left on my thighs, hip and butt and it some of it has disappeared and some remains and enough remains to not give a truly masculine shape. I noticed differences on my stomach quite early and I have gotten a more typical male stomach fat-wise but I can't really tell. I would hope that the remaining fat on the female areas would move to the stomach at least, meh.

My understanding is that fat "redistribution" does nothing to pre-existing fat and only changes where new fat is deposited. So old fat doesn't move. It has to be used up. What I want to know is, once HRT has changed where the body prefers to deposit fat, does it prefer to burn fat from old or new sites first? I don't want to lose the bit of abdominal fat I have/need for subcutaneous injections, but I do have more hip fat than I'd prefer. Things would be so much simpler if spot reduction worked.

I have that same question, can I burn the fat from my hips/thighs now or will it leave from my belly first? I sure hope the answer is hips/thighs.
At least for subq even though I prefer injecting into my abdominal area, the inner thighs is still an option. My nurse told me for some people that's actually a better location, but I get more nervous about hitting muscle there than my stomach.

For me, I think most thigh fat loss happened between 1.5 years and 2.5 years. My torso was pretty male-shaped by 1.5 years, not sure of the exact timeline on that though. I'm not sure how much fat loss was due to things I did and how much was just the t, but I think a fair amount of it was the t. I didn't put in that much effort. I lost quite a bit of fat during that time, and after that it stayed about the same (which is what I'd expect from my exercise levels and diet, I'm at ~15% body fat and not at all female-shaped, and not very motivated to do anything else).

My voice basically changed entirely in the first 4 months and had been pretty much the same since then.

Well I started T (Testosterone) Gel end of January 2014. And the changes so far have been positive mostly.

My Voice - The first month it started to change.... still going up and down a bit, croaky at times. I haven't lost my voice yet though! I am hoping it deepens much more because its definitely not enough at the moment.

My Skin - Months of horrendous acne. My face, my back, my chest. I went on some medication about a month ago called Lymecycline. I am hoping this improves things and so far, it does seem to be helping but I am still getting annoying and painful spots on my face, the latest one is right on my bottom lip and hurts like hell! My overall skin condition is okay apart from my face, which is definitely much more greasy and so I invested in some good face wash by Loreal for men. Its got those little grains in it, which helps get rid of the grease for the day, which is great.

Hair - Started with very little, 3 months in it was noticeable. My facial hair is improving by the day, especially on my chin and sideburns. My arms are hairy and so are my legs, this is what i love! My wife noticed I am gaining more grey hairs but I am not worried as I am 47! I have a lot of hair on my stomach now, none on my chest.

Body Fat - I am overweight anyway, but its definitely going to my belly now and not my waist, which is a relief.

Periods stopped straight away.
