No you're safe!

I don't know about your boobs, but I don't think sleeping on your stomach is very good for your face and internals. I try to sleep either on my side are on my back and slightly on my side so there's no pressure on my face. I'm pretty sure that more you stretch your facial skin the more likely you are to have wrinkling or other facial issues. It also seems to be better for breathing and digestion not to sleep on my front. You might consider this.

Hah Lyric, you're probably right! The few times I slept on my stomach I awoke with a crick in my lower back that made moving painful at first, another time both my arms were asleep from having them under me, they felt like two presto logs, I would have just died there if the house was on fire.  ;D Most of the women I've known that slept on their stomaches seemed to be large breasted, I don't know what if anything that would have to do with it though.

I can't sleep on my front anymore anyway, it's not very comfortable for the girls, at least while they're developing. You may have to find a new favourite sleeping position.

Tons of well placed pillows makes this much easier

The fat and tissue will develop there regardless of it being pressed on.

A sports bra on the other hand is not your friend for boob growth.

Wait really? :( Why does a sports bra make a difference but sleeping on stomach does not? The pressing from all sides as opposed to the simple sandwich effect?

Sadly body development, or under development doesn't happen that way. Otherwise I'd have a much smaller bum than I have now.  ;D  The only outcome that may occur is some painful sleepless nights.

This is kind of a big relief! :D

As a belly sleeper for most of my life I don't know if I could ever fall asleep on my back or sides. Thank god it won't leave me flat chested!

sleeping on your left, with your knees bent makes you fart - fact ;)
Yes! I'm single

I have spinal injuries, I've slept in almost every position you might think of, the girls didn't care and developed regardless of how I slept

I haven't hung like a bat from the ceiling lately, but it does sound kind of interesting

Sleeping on your left is advantageous from a blood-flow perspective -- it is easier to push blood upward and let it circulate downward rather than push the blood down to push the blood even further along back up.

I find it most uncomfortable in sleeping on my stomach, even before any boobs appeared. I certainly wouldn't do it now. I used to sleep on my side for years, but now found that sleeping on my back is best in the long run.

It hurts my back if I sleep on my stomach. As for hindering boob growth my Grandmother always said that. She also told me I'd get pneumonia for going out with wet hair....

Well wearing sports bras for 10 hours a day is more what I'm referring, not like an hour or two for exercise. The reason being is that you are completely compressing your chest. Imagine, you are literally squishing your glands when they are just trying to eat up all the nutrition they can.

Unless you're sleeping completely flat on bricks I think you're fine. But it might start getting uncomfortable in a couple months.... (for good reasons!!!)

It's unlikely to hinder your boob growth.

If your boobs develop like mine, you may well get two dense lumps about 3 inches in diameter and about an inch thick protruding from your chest consisting of glandular tissue under the softer fatty layer. Aside from regular boob pain of them both being squished up, I find it uncomfortable having these developing lumps pressing hard against my chest and the mattress. I end up either sleeping on my back or side as a result.
Nobody's perfect ...   I'll never try,
But I promise I'm worth it, if you just open up your eyes,
I don't need a second chance, I need a friend,
Someone who's gonna stand by me right there till the end,
If you want the best of my heart, you've just gotta see the good in me.

No way could I sleep on my stomach! Yeoooooowch! that would hurt. I'm in a B cup now and tho my booby's aren't as sore as they were in the beginning, they are still sore if pressed on. You may be okay in the beginning sleeping on your stomach, but once you have some development cup size wise going on you may need to find a new favorite position to sleep in.
Just my $.02 tho based on my experience.
