So since February, I've put on about 30 lbs. from 150 to 180. I'm 5'11" so I man I don't look fat but im also not skinny either.
now, I know not all of the weight gain is fat, I work out everyday of the week, switching off between weights and cardio. so a good amount of of it is muscle too.
but my biggest problem is that, it seems like an increasing amount of my weight gain is going to my midsection. and maybe it's that now that im 8 months on T the redistribution from it being on my hips and legs is finally starting to get the weight to add to my middle and not so much on my lower body.
ok so besides that i was thinking like ok i workout a lot i don't eat horribly, I don't eat very much either actually, maybe 2-3 good meals a day. so why am I still getting chubbier? I guess for lack of better words.
I just don't know what im expecting, and if any guys who have been on T for a long while could explain or help out? is it just that im not used to carrying it on my middle or is there some other medical factor coming into play or is it thatmy body's taking amore male shape in the torso?
of course it freaks me out I don't want my weight to get out of control but i do exercise everyday and I know the scale is just a number and can't measure what is muscle and what is chub.
I dunno some advice would be bueno
