I have not found a topic about taxidermy at all and I was wondering if anyone else was into it. I'm an ammature myself, and I've mounted a few animals and have enjoyed it! All the animals that I mount died from natural causes or accidents, just to point out. I enjoy taxidermy because I believe it is an odd form of art and that you are taking the empty vessel of a soul and turning it into something beautiful and appear as if it was alive all along.

Even if you don't personally mount animals yourself, what are your thoughts about it? Do you have any taxidermy in your house? (deer shoulder mounts, pet mounts, skulls, skeletons, etc.) Have you considered learning to mount an animal yourself? Want advice/suggestions? Do you even have any pictures of some beautiful mounts you just want to show off? (no blood and organs please, only finished pieces or clean armatures)

I can't wait to hear from you and I'm all ears!
