Hey everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone else here had any experience with being homeless, nomadic, traveling, on the road, or without a roof over their head.

I'm a nomadic street kid, I've lived that way ever since I was 16, up until now (I'm 21), but I always had my fiance with me, and I tried to present as male, but usually was read as female. We were okay for the most part...

I am not sure when we are going to end up back on the road, our living situation is tenuous at best. And although I have now passed 3 sections of the GED, I can't seem to find a job around here, even when I cover up my tattoos. I'm a writer, but I am not published. I write songs, but I can't play guitar (yet).

My therapist told me that halfway through this month, an endocrinologist will be coming to my clinic. My next appointment is in 3 days. I really hope the endo is there and I can get my damn T. They are going to give me the whole year's supply (thank the Gods and Goddesses). So I guess if we end up back on the road, I'll be packing a phial of Testosterone. Hope I can wrap it in enough socks that it wont shatter.

And I have so many books now......

My SO and myself lived and traveled in an RV for about 6 years, if that counts..? We stayed for 5-6 months in various states, and did part time jobs to pay expenses.... We met some really good people along the way, and mostly had positive experiences...

I was a street rat from 16 to 22. No RV, no roof and often no food either. I learned a lot from it.
