Just a quick note to say hi, and thanks for having this site, and the forum. I have struggled with myself significantly early in life through the post college years, given up (or succumb) to societal pressure (thoughts never waned just suppressed) until the last 6 to 9 months where I am always hoping, praying I can put my physical and metaphysical lives together. The kids are grown, the wife will never understand, but I am beginning therapy soon with hopes to begin early in 2015.

Sorry, a bit wordy, but here's hoping this 52 year old woman can get her body straight with the current masculine and athletic body she is borrowing for all these years.

Do not give up because a lot of us girls started late in life. I personally started at 47 and the results have been beyond even my wildest dreams!!  :)
