Hiking apparel for big girls

I'm wanting to explore my femanine side, and, I would really like to replace my mens outdoor sports wear with womens.  The problem is, i'm 6'1" and 220lbs.  I wear XL shirts and size 42 pants.... oddly only size 9.5 shoes.  So I can easily get some really great women's hiking shoes, but the cargo shorts and t-shirts that I prefer in a more female cut are a problem.  I'm hoping someone else here has some suggested brands that do plus sizes.
