Joe.

Hello everyone,

It's been a very long while since I last posted. I hope everyone is good. I thought I would do an update post since it has been so long.

I have been full time for approximately a year now and I will hopefully be starting T very soon. I'm currently working in a store in my hometown which is okay. I don't want to do it forever but it is okay for now and the staff are supportive. With in the next couple of years I would like to do a primary school teaching degree.

I am stable at the moment. My mental health has its bad days but I feel a lot more able to cope now. Things are okay. I could be a lot better but I could also be a lot worse.

Things with my family is great. My parents fully accept me now which is amazing. My brother I'm not so sure about but I'm sure he'll get there.

I hope everyone is good  :)

Joe glad things are still moving in a positive way for you.

It what we work hard to achieve.

We all do what we need at the time for a job so you do what it takes till a change is needed.

It's great to hear from you. You're working, making plans, moving forward--all great.

Even the mood issues can improve measurably. I used to think I would never have a life without depression. Boy, was I wrong. Okay, sure, I have bad days, but nothing like I used to experience. You are going to have similar challenges, and sometimes they might be overwhelming. But over the long haul, you will get better at coping. I have confidence that you will persevere.

that sounds really good, i'm glad to know you're doing better.

bad days will always happen, but it's a big difference to being half drowned in depression.
