First a bag warm welcome here sweetie!  :)

Your question kind of sounds like a "I want it all" type question. While anti androgens can delay any more male development there will be some feminizing effects. In fact it is a real possibility that any treatment will give off visible signs of feminization. I would suggest you do what a lot of us here did and find a Therapist preferably with gender experience. If you are planning on going to college most University and College health plans cover transition related expenses. Not all, but most. Check the policy well. I found my Therapist at Oklahoma State University in the Psychology Department ($10.00 a session). They will be able to help you a lot and most places require a letter from them clearing your way for HRT. Yes, you could find an informed consent clinic of some kind and bypass therapy, but I would not pass what I consider an essential component of transition. There are many things they can help you with a provide a solid base for transition. If you proceed all the way to SRS you will need two letters for surgery so you may as well include a therapist in your journey. It makes things much easier especially if they have previous experience with trans people. Good luck!  :)
