All of your questions here can't be answered with a general "yes" or "no" - everyone is different and each of our bodies respond to T differently.  So basically, the answer to your questions will be a resounding "it depends".

It depends.  For some, yes - for others, no.  You have to take into consideration the person's age, weight, height, genetics and whether or not they work out.

2.do ur breasts stil grow on t

For some, sure.  I don't think it's common, though.  It could happen if you were taking too much T and it was converting to oestrogen. 

3.do ur shoulders g wider

If you're an adult, your bones will not get wider.  If you're pre-pubescent, possibly.  If you work out and target your shoulders, yes, they will get wider.

Entirely anecdotal and dependent on if you've experienced puberty or not.

Generally, yes.
