Being the unambitious and humble aspiring Goddess-Empress of Humanity that I am, I would probably ask "How can I conquer the world and keep it under my control afterwards?" "How can I help humanity unite and create a working utopia?"

That's a good question, the easiest way would be to turn everyone into mindless slaves under your will but then it removes the fun out of it. Fear works too. Like if your not happy I'll smite the so you have a happy utopia to live in.
