Wife: "No, I wouldn't do a car for a midlife crisis..."
Me: "I had SRS."

We were watching the Mythbusters episode about a convertible in the rain.

At times I feel like I am in a midlife crisis, but I don't know. I've felt this way all my life.

I'm 36. Is it too early for one?

What really rang my bell was that I had to go out of town for training, just me, no family whatsoever. I bought some clothes there and at the hotel I dressed up enfemme and even walked outside by the pool, even went out, drove around and got dinner. No one really told me anything. That's when it hit me - this is who I am. I think my dysphoria completely locked on then and wasn't going away no matter how I try.

That mythbusters episode was cool though. One of my favorite shows. :)

On a side note, it would be interesting explaining to the cop if I got pulled over... lol That said I drive carefully since I like to avoid traffic stops.

Rather than mid-life crisis I was just having a perpetual crisis most if the time...fortunately that stopped when I reached 45 (which I guess is "mid life" these days)...
