So I just got a job at a Target by my house, which is great because I needed a job badly. I went in tonight to get a few things to wear for work (which unfortunately still being in guy mode I just bought a few things to wear that I can change out later) and while I was checking out the woman looked at me and told me I had really pretty eyes, and that she thought I was a girl at first. This is the first time that I have been confused this way, and it was made that much better because I was just wearing a t shirt, sweats, and my usual beanie. Night instantly made!

  this is awesome! I feel like i'd have the biggest grin if some one said that to me. I think I might of gotten a ma'am though but im not sure if he accidently said ma'am instead of man, because I was presenting male. but as soon as he said it hes like "uh..i mean man sorry..." it made me feel better even if it was an accident.

It took everything not to just explode with happiness right there, but as soon as I got to my car I had the biggest grin and just a rush of positive emotions. And of course I texted one of my best friends right away and she was just as excited for me.

I'm so ready for it to really pick up! Feels like it's been taking forever. And I am working in backroom and presentation so I have the really early morning shifts that set up the store before it opens. But if I pick up any cashier hours then it'll get interesting haha.
